IMMIBALI

Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to IMMIBALI. By accessing our website and utilizing our visa application and facilitation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully before engaging our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our platform immediately.

2. Description of Services

IMMIBALI provides document processing, facilitation, and advisory services for individuals seeking visas to enter Indonesia. We operate as an independent intermediary acting on your behalf to communicate with the Indonesian immigration authorities.

While we guarantee that we will process your application promptly and accurately based on the information provided, we do not have the final authority to grant or deny a visa. The final decision rests entirely with the sovereign government of Indonesia.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and supporting documents required for your application.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended date of entry into Indonesia.
  • You must not submit forged, altered, or fraudulent documents. Any submission of false information may result in immediate visa denial, legal consequences, and a permanent ban from our services.
  • You must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding your travel and stay within the country.

4. Payments & Refunds

All service and processing fees are clearly stated during the application process. Full payment is required upfront before we initiate any work on your visa application.

Refund Policy: We pride ourselves on our success rate. If your visa is denied solely due to a processing error on our part, we offer a 100% refund of our service fee.

However, fees are strictly non-refundable under the following circumstances:

  • Visa denial caused by inaccurate information or forged documents provided by you.
  • Rejection based on your previous immigration history, criminal record, or placement on a government blacklist.
  • Standard government rejections or policy changes beyond our reasonable control.
  • If you decide to cancel the application after we have already submitted it to the immigration authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IMMIBALI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from travel delays, flight cancellations, non-refundable accommodation bookings, visa denials, or sudden changes in immigration laws. Your use of our service is entirely at your own risk. We strongly advise against making non-refundable travel arrangements until your visa has been officially approved and issued.

6. Privacy and Data Security

We take your privacy seriously. The collection, use, and protection of your personal information and sensitive documents are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy to facilitate your visa application.

7. Changes to Terms

IMMIBALI reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website and services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.
